Your Order Cancellation Rights

Both We and You are entitled to cancel Your Order for any reason. You will receive a full refund.

The deadline for returning an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

• The Goods must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

• The Goods are in the original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once We receive Your item, Our team of professionals will inspect it and process Your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method You’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on Your credit card statement.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing times

Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items, we will process within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Pre-Order Shipping Process

For Items purchased on Pre-Order, We will notify You with the final shipping costs for your approval before Your Pre-Order is shipped, ensuring no unexpected charges.

Do you deliver internationally?

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

UHUE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

UHUE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock, but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that You will receive that item when it is released, and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. 

How long will it take to arrive?
Once We receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to You within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once Your item has shipped with a tracking number. If You ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order, we will ship once Your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others. 

When will you charge me for my item?
To secure Your Item, You will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?

How does Pre-Order work?
It is the customers responsibility to read the below information carefully before placing an order for a preordered item. At the time You place your order, You will be required to pay the full amount of the order to secure Your Pre-Order. Please choose Your colors and sizing carefully, as we aren't always able to amend orders once they have been placed with our manufacturers. Should You need to change Your size, it is subject to change if smaller or larger sizes are available. Pre-Order items are made and reserved specifically for You. 
Once Your order has been placed You will receive your order confirmation via email. Please also ensure to check Your junk mail, in case your order confirmation has gone there. 
Once the product is available and Your order has been dispatched, You will receive an email with Your tracking information. Please also ensure to check your junk mail, in case Your shipping details have gone there. 
If for some reason we cannot fill Your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will contact You immediately with a resolution. We always want the best possible outcome for You, so You will be able to choose any other item/s from our store at no extra cost to You even if there is a small difference in price. Alternatively, we are also happy to offer you a refund or store credit in this instance.
Should you need to return or exchange any Pre-Ordered items, standard return policies apply with the exception that the return period is 7 days from the delivery date — not from the time You have ordered, as per our Shipping & Return Policy.

Why is my Pre-Order delayed?
We work with multiple manufacturers to produce our Goods. These factories may experience unforeseen circumstances which could cause a change in our production timeline. These circumstances include but are not limited to supply shortages or events which negatively impact factory staffing (i.e extreme weather or pandemic).

Weather or unpredictable events, such as Covid-19 can cause shipping delays. Customs delays can sometimes prevent shipments arriving to our warehouse on schedule. These types of events can also affect shipments from our warehouse to our customers.  Please kindly note that We have no control over when a preordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. We genuinely try our best to deliver on time or early, however variables such as the above can cause delays. We do not recommend Pre-Ordering any styles if they are time sensitive, or for gifts.
